THE ROLE: As a Talent Sourcer at Everpure, your mission is to identify, engage, and qualify top talent to build strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs. You will partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers across multiple regions and time zones to define impactful sourcing strategies and map target markets. By driving the top of the candidate funnel, you will ensure an excellent candidate experience from the very first contact.
