Lead the evolution of our HR Service Centre into a modern, high-performing People Services Hub that delivers operational excellence, enables seamless employee experiences, and supports the broader people strategy of the business. Working collaboratively across leaders, teams, and key stakeholders, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives, strengthen service delivery capability, and champion people-focused solutions that create meaningful and lasting organisational impact. Overseeing both Talent & Development and the HR Solutions Centre, you will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping how people services are delivered across the organisation — balancing strategic thinking with operational excellence to ensure our people experience is efficient, connected, and future-focused.
