Job Description: The Logistics Leader is a day-based, people leader who efficiently improves Quality, Human Safety, and Product & People logistics while Engaging and Developing talent. The Logistics Leaders are responsible for managing operations and systems relating to production planning, schedule of inbound/outbound shipments, materials procurement and control as well, as direct or indirect warehouse management, depending on the site. Some of the key target areas would include accuracy of inventory records for raw materials, packaging materials and finished products, meeting on-time shipment schedules of finished products, developing policies related to materials management and leading related cost saving and process improvement projects. What are we looking for?: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level: Experience enables job holder to deal with the majority of situations and to advise others (Over 3 years to 6 years) Experience of supervising and directing people and other resources to achieve specific end results within limited timeframes Excellent Verbal Communication: Ability to builds partnerships and works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives What will be y...
