Join our team as a Customer Service Specialist and play a crucial role in our operations! The Customer Service Specialist has a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless and efficient processing of customer orders, overseeing the entire order-to-cash cycle with attention to details and accuracy. This role develops and maintains strong relationships with customers through timely and clear communication, utilizing many tools such as SAP, Google suites and Microsoft office. Additionally, they proactively identify and resolve potential issues or conflicts that may arise during the order-to-cash cycle, escalating to management as needed.
