Position Details: Title: Quality Lab Coordinator Department: Quality Reports to: Manager, Global Quality Testing Location: Irvine, KY Job Classification: Onsite FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Job Band: Business Support Job Summary The Lab Coordinator is a hands-on role responsible for managing daily operations of the Irvine, KY testing lab. The position requires strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills, with accountability for recording and reporting test results, investigating issues, and determining raw material usability. The lab coordinator supports quality by analyzing failures, maintaining testing systems, and collaborating with internal teams and external labs. Additionally, training Lab Technicians, updating testing protocols, managing vendor partnerships, and assisting with non conformance resolution.
