Agile Practice Lead – Amsterdam or Edinburgh Introduction: Are you an experienced Agile leader who wants to embed a clear and practical agile philosophy across our wider organisation and teams? In this role, you shape and mature our Agile Practice, ensuring that agile ways of working are consistently applied at team level and clearly understood organisation-wide. You act as a trusted partner to Product and Technology leaders, strengthening delivery predictability, transparency and focus across a multi-country environment. By translating strategic ambitions within our international Product transformation programme into scalable and outcome-driven ways of working, you help teams deliver with greater clarity, alignment and confidence. And every day at work, you’ll be doing your part for all the charities we support.
