Department Counseling Center Compensation: General Description / Primary Purpose: The Assistant Director of Training Programs serves as a member of the Counseling Center’s leadership team and provides strategic oversight and operational leadership for all pre-degree training programs within the Center. In the absence of the Director of the Counseling Center, this position acts on behalf of the Senior Director within the executive chain of command. Job Functions and Essential Duties: 1. Training Leadership and Program Development Provide leadership, coordination, and administrative oversight for the Counseling Center’s pre-degree training programs, including: APA-accredited Doctoral Internship Program Clinical Mental Health Counseling Training Program Social Work Training Program: Nurse Practitioner Training Program: Ensure ongoing compliance with APA accreditation standards and all other applicable professional, ethical, and regulatory requirements. Lead accreditation-related activities, including program evaluation, data collection, documentation, annual reporting, and continuous quality improvement.
