Job description

This employee oversees and participates in the shipping, receiving, storing, and ordering of Pharmacy Medications, supplies, and inventory. with others - Maintain receiving and inventory control records and prepare related reports - serve as a lead over one or more assigned Shipping Clerk - train and provide lead work direction and guidance to assigned staff - Enter shipping destination into carriers' program and affix bar code to shipping container - Maintain adequate supply of shipping containers and supplies - Print daily shipping log for all carriers - Responsible for receiving all shipments - Documentation of packing slip or invoice - Responsible for count of pieces being received - Storage and rotation of inventory - Maintenance of warehouse and shipping area - Operate a forklift, pallet jack, hand truck, and other equipment utilized in the warehouse - Utilize space efficiently and effectively - Take inventory and maintain accurate control systems - Operate a computer and assigned software - Understand and follow oral and written instructions - Communicate effectively both orally and in writing - Establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships - Assign...
