We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Mechanic to join our team at a Class A building. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the property’s physical assets, including the interior and exterior of the buildings, common areas, and amenities. This role requires a strong technical skill set, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing high-quality service to our residents. Compensation: $29.13 hourly The pay listed is the hourly range for this position.
