Oversees all aspects of event fundraising, including relationship management, sponsorship acquisition, volunteer leadership recruitment, pipeline development, donor cultivation, stewardship, and participant engagement. Ensures alignment with organizational goals, a high-impact experience, and achievement of financial growth targets.
