Livestock Handler - Weekday nights

Role Overview We are a growing company, expanding our livestock team, looking to fill an evening shift position with starting pay at $21/hr. with a $1.00 shift differential. The initial schedule for this position is Wednesday through Friday 1:30pm-1:00am (11 hour shift) and every other Saturday after the training period. Responsibilities include providing excellent care and maintenance of our bull and mount population, which includes feeding, semen collection production, health testing, assisting with bull movements, keeping the bulls comfortable and dry, hoof trimming, grooming and assisting with the treatment of bulls as directed by our Veterinary staff. Providing maintenance, cleaning, upkeep and security of the facilities is another key responsibility. Being a positive team member within the livestock staff. Maintaining professional verbal and written communications with co-workers, internal and external customers, and vendors at all times.
