This role acts as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, driving the consistent application of standards, proactive risk management, and continuous improvement, while identifying and recommending technical solutions for drilling programs. The Manager will also oversee regional priorities and lead the evaluation and implementation of new technologies, ensuring alignment with corporate frameworks and regulatory requirements to support and protect the Company’s license to operate across North America.
