Scheduled Hours 37.5 Position Summary: The Senior Coordinator, Philanthropic Strategy Team supports the two Associate Vice Chancellors (AVCs) within the Philanthropic Strategy team. The Senior Coordinator oversees reporting and administrative support, travel management, interview scheduling, project management, meeting logistics, and creating, updating, and distributing multiple monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and data related tasks, some of which may be confidential in nature. The Senior Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the Philanthropic Strategy Team leadership and provides necessary and timely information for effective decision-making by the Associate Vice Chancellors. The Senior Coordinator reports to the Senior Manager of Support Services for Philanthropic Strategies and will often work in partnership with administrative support staff within both UA and offices of school deans and priority offices.
