Overview The Director Mergers and Acquisitions is responsible for identifying and analyzing potential acquisition candidates overseeing financial modeling coordinating the negotiation and execution of selected transactions driving acquisitions to completion and partnering with senior leadership across the company to ensure integration efforts are successful. Responsibilities: - Monitor industry activities and develop recommendations of potential M&A opportunities to senior leadership. Maintain a target company pipeline that includes two or more active options at all times - Oversee and review the design, build, execution and explanation of financial models and other analytical work projects. Make recommendations based upon these analyses. Prepare presentation to the Board of Directors summarizing the potential acquisition candidate and associated financial model - Lead and coordinate all aspects of acquisitions, from inception through due diligence, valuation, negotiation, closing and integration, and coordinate internal approval and communication processes for completion of a transaction.
