Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to support large multi-year programs focused on modernizing and consolidating retail banking platforms. This role requires a hands-on program manager who can operate independently, manage ambiguity, and drive cross-team coordination across large enterprise programs. Key Responsibilities Program Leadership: - Own end-to-end program execution for transformation initiatives. - Develop and maintain program roadmaps, delivery plans, and execution strategy. - Break down large initiatives into manageable modules, releases, and milestones. Cross-Team Coordination: - Coordinate across engineering teams, business stakeholders, business analysts, and product teams. - Manage cross-functional dependencies and ensure alignment across multiple programs.
