Job Description: The Global MRO Process Owner (“GMPO”) defines, governs, and continuously improves global Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) storeroom processes across Albemarle’s manufacturing network. This role provides enterprise‑level ownership of MRO process design, standardization, optimization, and adoption across regions, functions, and business units. The GMPO establishes and enforces global policies, procedures, system standards, and controls to ensure consistent execution, regulatory compliance, and alignment with Albemarle’s operating model and the Albemarle Way of Excellence.
