About the Role: MSS Security is seeking Security Officers to work in a hospital environment in both Roving and Control Room Operator positions located in Parkville. These roles operate on a 24/7 rotating roster, requiring availability across all shifts. Prior experience working in a hospital setting is required. Requirements: - Patrol and monitor hospital premises to detect and respond to any security risks. - Monitor security systems and respond to incidents and emergencies promptly. - Manage access control and identification verification for all hospital areas. - Collaborate with medical staff and law enforcement when necessary. - Assist in resolving patient or visitor disputes in a calm and professional manner. - Provide excellent customer service to staff, patients, and visitors. - Full Australian Working Rights - Victorian Security License - First Aid & CPR - Employe...
