Job Description AltaGas - Manager, Operations Blythe The Operations Manager is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the facility. This position drives daily plant performance, champions operational excellence, and ensures successful execution of the Operating Plan. The Operations Manager identifies improvement opportunities, optimizes plant processes, and maintains all operating conditions within optimal limits. This role also provides strategic oversight of the site’s Environmental Program and partners closely with the Maintenance Manager to uphold all NERC compliance requirements. The Operations Manager sets high standards for safety, performance, and professionalism, ensuring alignment with plant policies, regulatory expectations, and industry best practices.
