🔧 Maintenance Technician | $20–$25/hr | Full-Time | Day Shift (M–F) 📍 Onsite | Stable Schedule | Growth Opportunities Join Chimes – Make a Difference Every Day Chimes is a mission-driven nonprofit supporting individuals with intellectual and behavioral challenges. If you’re a skilled Maintenance Technician who takes pride in hands-on work and wants meaningful, steady employment—this is the role for you. 💼 What You’ll Do (Hands-On Work Daily): Perform general maintenance & repairs (carpentry, drywall, painting) Troubleshoot and fix electrical & plumbing issues Repair appliances, tile, and fixtures: Complete work orders and respond to maintenance requests Identify and resolve safety hazards quickly Assist with supplies, materials, and facility upkeep Participate in on-call rotation (as needed) ✅ What We’re Looking For: 4+ years of maintenance/facilities experience Skills in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Reliable, team-oriented, and solution-focused: 💰 What You Get: $20–$25/hour (based on experience) Consistent Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) Full benefits package including: Medical, Dental, Vision 40...
