The ETD EMEA Deliveries Manager is a Senior Level position responsible for the EMEA Exchange Traded Derivative Deliveries Team, covering all Front Office Post Trade Cash & Physical Expirations across Commodities, Fixed Income, Equities, Rates & Index's. The overall objective of this role is to manage and develop the European Deliveries team, lead identification, mitigation and resolution of operational risks, promoting a culture of accountability , technical excellence and innovation, building strong relationships with trusted stakeholders. What you'll do: - Own end to end lifecycle around high risk physical and cash deliveries for exchange traded contracts across European markets - Be a subject matter expert in the deliveries process and nuances across European markets - Front to Back knowledge of Clearing & Settlement processes - Able to assess risk when business decisions are made demonstrating particular consideration to the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and its assets - Analyse & expose ambiguous, complex or non-standard issues, identify risks, root causes and lead process improvement tracking through to resolution - Implement controls to mitigate r...
