Job description

The Risk Controlling Lead is responsible for maintaining and developing CMC Markets Germany GmbH’s core risk management methodologies, including risk assessment, ICAAP, risk appetite, stress testing, and model validation. The role ensures effective identification, measurement, and reporting of risks in coordination with the 1st Line of Defence and Group Risk, supporting sound risk governance and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. The role is also responsible for developing, maintaining, and continuously improving risk-related policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure consistency, clarity, and alignment with regulatory and Group standards. Key Responsibilities: - Review and enhance the Risk Assessment methodology and maintain the Risk Inventory in collaboration with the First Line of Defence. - Maintain and update the Risk Appetite Framework, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to the Management Board. - Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP), including the preparation and reporting of results to the Management Board. - Oversee the model validation methodology, ensuring models are appropriately...
