Job description

Pay: $15.30/hour + Performance-based tiers Location: Hybrid (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in-office) Schedule: Monday - Friday 6-3, 7-4, or 8 am - 5 pm Mountain Time Overview: Correction Specialists are the final line of defense in ensuring accurate utility provider payments and resolving client funding discrepancies. This role is critical to maintaining financial accuracy, client satisfaction, and data integrity across the organization.
