Brief We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Associate to join our dynamic and collaborative Employment & Incentives team in Melbourne. As part of a global team, you will work closely with partners, senior and junior team members to provide expert legal advice and representation on workplace-related matters, both litigious and transactional. As a Senior Associate in our Employment & Incentives team you will advise and represent clients on all aspects of employment, industrial relations, discrimination and safety law. This includes: - managing disputes and litigation in State and Federal courts and tribunals - conducting or advising on workplace investigations relating to alleged bullying, harassment, discrimination and whistleblower issues - managing and advising on underpayment and other workplace compliance matters, including engaging with workplace regulators - assisting clients with enterprise bargaining and managing industrial disputes - advising on workforce planning, restructuring, integration and the employment aspects of corporate transactions - advising on safety compliance and responding to safety incidents, and - supervising and mentoring junior members...
