What you’ll own as the Technical Analyst As the Technical Analyst you will be responsible for supporting the manager to drive the strategy and change forward and ensure a robust control environment. You will manage escalations, ad-hoc project work and the collation and analysis of statistics and MI. Key Responsibilities: - Be the first point of contact for queries and escalations, provide accurate advice and information to both internal and external sources in a timely and professional manner - Producing reporting and MI to analyse and drive team performance - Support Scheme Settlements projects & act as a SME - Prioritise workload effectively throughout the day to ensure the team meets all SLA’s and KPI’s - Provide escalation to the Team Manager on a regular basis. - Continually look for ways of improving efficiencies, providing poten...
