Rate: $21.00 per hour (non-exempt) Westdale Real Estate Investment and Management (Westdale) is a national real estate investment and management company headquartered in Dallas, Texas. We focus on acquiring, managing and developing investment opportunities including multifamily, office, retail, and mixed-use. We are seeking a student currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources to work with us this summer in our corporate office near downtown Dallas at The Epic . Requirements: - Junior or Senior currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources. - Microsoft Office Suite experience with intermediate to advanced skills in Word and Excel. - Good verbal and written communication skills. - Attention to detail and ability to focus. - Ability to juggle multiple priorities. - Strong organizational skills. - Ability to work 24-32 hours per week in the office during normal business hours (Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm).
