Job Title: Flight Academy Student Life Program Director (Temporary) Reporting Relationship: Director of Aviation Programs Unit: National & Global: Department: CAPS-Aviation Academy - IWU-National & Global Campus Location: Marion, IN Campus & surrounding area Summary of Position: JROTC Flight Academic initiative: The position will ensure the proper supervision, transportation, and logistical support for Air Force JROTC cadets – mostly high school rising seniors and newly graduated high school students – who will reside on the Marion, IN campus and complete flight training at the Marion Airport. The individual must be available full-time throughout the duration of the Flight Academy (May 28 - July 26, 2025). Additionally, the individual must be available for training calls (2-3 hours maximum) prior to the training. It is expected that flight training and residential activities will operate six (6) days per week with Sundays and major holidays off. The Program Director position will load balance the schedule with a program assistant.
