Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and improve workflow in the assembly area to enhance productivity. - Review and propose layout optimizations for better space utilization. - Conduct cycle time studies and identify opportunities for reduction. - Support production organization improvements to streamline operations. - Implement and sustain 5S principles to improve workplace organization and visual management. - Up date of standard work instruction. - Contribute to strategies for MOD (Manpower) utilization optimization . - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions. Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering , Mechanical Engineering , or a related field. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. (8D, Ichikawa methodology) - Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles, line balancing - Proficient in MS Office required; knowledge of AutoCAD tools is an advantage. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
