Job description

Overview Review, revise and produce title commitments, proforma policies and final title policies related to commercial properties in Arizona. Review documents, surveys, and title objection letters. Analyze title issues and mitigate risk in an underwriting capacity. Monitor and prioritize work tasks to ensure a high level of productivity. Provide direction in a professional and positive manner through verbal and written communications with all parties involved in consummating commercial real estate transactions. Duties: - Analyze legal issues and mitigate risk related to commercial real estate transactions - Collaborate with colleagues to find solutions to commercial real estate transactions - Act as an underwriting point person on transactions, with emphasis on: reviewing title insurance commitments, -incorporating surveys and other due diligence materials into the risk assessment, -managing client communication and negotiations, and -issuing policies Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
