Job Overview: The Personal Care Attendant I provides support to participants across all platforms of delivery of care. Ability to assist in the coordination, preparation of all food services, support and assist center activities, and coordinate the delivery of quality activity programs/activities for all participants. Ensure that the recreational, physical, intellectual, spiritual, and social needs of each patient are met. Accompany/assist PACE participants to and from outside specialty appointments.
