Job description
Supports the global project redesigning our global Talent Acquisition process to ensure a streamlined, AI‑enabled, and easy‑to‑navigate hiring process that leverages intelligent systems to drive efficiency, with clear expectations, timely communication, and shared accountability - resulting hiring high‑impact talent all while thoughtfully incorporating the perspectives of candidates, hiring managers, and HRBPs. - Partner closely with the Recruiting team to document, evaluate, and redesign recruiting processes, starting with current-state workflows. - Identify gaps, inefficiencies, manual workarounds, and opportunities to streamline processes—both through technology and improved communication or documentation. - Conduct research on AI and automation tools that can support recruiting and onboarding (e.g., resume screening tools, conversational AI, document generation), and contribute ideas to the future HR technology roadmap. - Help design and build lightweight, AI-enabled solutions such as templates, prompts, and simple automated workflows. - Review and analyze HR-related data to uncover trends, insights, and potential areas for improvement. - Create clear, user-friendly process doc...
