Our team delivers high-quality, compassionate care to individuals undergoing complex surgical procedures and medical oncology treatments in a fast-paced, supportive setting. Primary Patient Population (60%) – Surgical Oncology: - Pre- and post-operative care for solid tumor patients, including GYN, GI, and ENT cancers - Progressive/step-down monitoring, pain and wound management, drain care, and post-surgical recovery Secondary Patient Population (30%) – Medical Oncology: - Care for patients receiving chemotherapy, immunotherapy, or radiation - Management of cancer-related symptoms and supportive care for advanced or metastatic diseases Tertiary Patient Population (10%) – General Medical/Surgical: Our unit values excellence, teamwork, and learning, offering an ideal environment for nurses interested in oncology and surgical car...
