As an Ambassador at the Grand Ole Opry, you'll create exceptional experiences for our guests. From welcoming groups on tour buses, to connecting with guests during intermission, you'll actively seek opportunities for memory-making moments. You will also conduct Opry House tours, fulfilling all functions of the tour guide position, often serving as a tour lead for the shift. As the ideal candidate you are outgoing, reliable, and passionate about our music legacy. - Create engagement opportunities with Opry guests during arrival, seating, intermission, tours and departure phases of the visit. - Present high-energy, entertaining, scripted tour while escorting groups through the facility. Actively engage the guests throughout the tour while communicating approved information. - Respond to questions about the venue. Distribute brochures, coupons, and general information. Share your interest in upcoming events in our venues. - Promote Opry Entertainment products and direct guests in the best way to enjoy all offers.
