Overview and Responsibilities: The process manager leads the design, optimization, and governance of end-to-end processes within the Global Business Services (GBS) organization. This role ensures that global processes are standardized, well-controlled, technology-enabled, and continuously improved to support operational excellence and strategic business outcomes.
