Classification Title: Career Coach Classification Minimum Requirements: Master's degree in an appropriate area; or a bachelor's degree in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience. Job Description: - Develops and maintains Canvas-based assignments and instructional resources that faculty and staff can use to embed student success concepts within academic and co-curricular experiences. Coordinates and maintains Canvas course shells and best practices for CIP departmental use. Implements outreach strategies to increase awareness, engagement, and participation in the Canvas-based student success assignments initiative, while supporting data collection and assisting with trend analysis related to Canvas engagement and technology integrations. Supports the delivery of scalable student success, experiential learning, and student outcomes offerings by assisting with the administration, promotion, and day-to-day maintenance of assigned student engagement platforms.
