The Assistant Coach is responsible for assisting in all aspects of a competitive NCAA Division III varsity diving program. The primary focus is the instruction, safety, and recruitment of student-athletes within the diving discipline. This role requires a commitment to the mission of Mount Holyoke College, fostering a diverse and inclusive environment that supports the holistic development of scholar-athletes. The position includes evening and weekend hours and follows the academic calendar. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Lead all diving practices, meets, and dryland activities.
