Role Overview We are seeking a Growth Strategist to architect and execute the core of our Performance Media program. You will be the primary architect of our full-funnel strategy and the lead executioner for our digital operations. The ideal candidate is a hybrid thinker who can bridge the gap between driving awareness and conversions, understanding how Search intent and Social discovery work together to drive growth. As the primary owner of our Google ecosystem and a lead strategist for our overall digital scaling efforts, you will move beyond channel silos to ensure our "full-funnel" engine is truly cohesive. You will be responsible for growing our presence within the Google/Bing ecosystem and beyond, collaborating cross-functionally with Social, SEO, and Creative teams to deliver impactful content that elevates the Rack Room Shoes brand and converts at every touchpoint.
