As a PCT, you’ll provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care - Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment - Set up and maintain dialysis equipment - Record vital signs and patient data - Educate patients on treatment and kidney health - Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members Requirements: DaVita requires teammates to comply with Federal and State requirements related to vaccination against Covid-19. This includes being up to date with vaccinations or having a qualified exemption.
