Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer Job Summary: The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for maintaining CNC Programs, Tooling and Work instructions for their area. Carry out assignments of a routine to complex nature to support production improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Work individually and with team to improve/optimize the production process, and support maintenance and troubleshooting of production equipment. Support and lead investigation in area for improvements and corrective actions. Maintain and develop PFMEA’s in their area, supports operations on equipment needs including process validation, continuous improvement activities and optimization. Responsibility: Create and maintain PFMEA. - Provide technical support for the production floor. - Set up fixturing/equipment to support production - Prepare tooling cost estimates for processes by conducting tool usage studies. - Set tooling and Geometry. - Create and maintain Work Instructions. - Supports Automation/CNC troubleshooting. - Support Assembly lines and manufacturing process. - Generate monthly reports. - Work with manufacturers on tooling improvements and problem resolution. - Keeps equipment o...
