A Day in the Life: The Technician V provides advanced technical support at the Physiological Research Lab site in Coon Rapids, MN, serving as a key contributor to daily operations and a subject matter resource within the team. This role performs complex technical tasks with minimal supervision, supports critical processes, and ensures work is completed in compliance with applicable quality system requirements, safety standards, and operational procedures. The Technician V is expected to independently troubleshoot and resolve issues related to equipment, processes, or products, while proactively identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. In addition to hands on technical execution, this role supports documentation, training, and cross functional collaboration with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and other partners to maintain reliable, compliant, and efficient operations.
