Job Description About the position: We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Manager Supply Chain Development to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The Manager SCD role lies within the European Supply Chain and the Tomato Ketchup “Pod”. You’ll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders. The delivery of TK innovation and VE and packaging regulation projects will be your primary responsibility. You’re constantly looking for improvement activities within Europe. In brief, you are responsible for: · Team Management & resource planning: Lead and manage a team of 3 project managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and successful project execution. · Project management & Portfolio value: Lead and deliver high complexity projects and oversee the delivery of projects of direct reports. Projects include new product launches, CAPEX investments, cost savings initiatives and supply chain changes.
