Role Summary As a Consultant, HR Systems , at Staples you will be a key member of the HR Operations team supporting Staples US Retail, partnering with HR and business stakeholders to modernize HR technology and enhance associate experience. This role is responsible for the management, optimization, and evolution of HR systems, ensuring alignment with business strategy and HR priorities. You will serve as a trusted advisor and change agent—bringing forward innovative, scalable, and repeatable solutions—while staying current on emerging HR technology trends. The role specifically supports Oracle Fusion HCM, with a focus on Learning, Performance, Recruiting, and Onboarding.
