Job Summary The Coordinator, Residential Student Care addresses the needs of residential students who are experiencing difficulties related to mental health, physical health and/or psycho-social adjustment, personal and family emergencies, financial challenges or who need general assistance. The Coordinator provides guidance for students to navigate residential life and campus, connecting students to the abundance of available resources while prioritizing student well-being and academic success. This role is cross trained to assist with Student Conduct issues and programming as needed. FGCU is building a culture of curiosity, commitment and collaboration.
