Description About Us: Pippin Hill Farm & Vineyard is a premier destination in Virginia’s wine country, known for its vineyards, gardens, and high-level hospitality. We operate a large, guest-facing property with a busy tasting room and a full wedding and event program. The Role: We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to be onsite during our busiest service periods — supporting tasting room operations and weddings in real time. This is not a behind-the-scenes role. You’ll be working during peak guest hours, troubleshooting issues as they happen, and ensuring the property runs smoothly during live service. What You’ll Do: - Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, commercial kitchen equipment, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems - Provide onsite support during peak hours (especially weekends) - Quickly assess issues, fix what you can, and escalate to vendors when needed - Handle preventative maintenance and daily upkeep across the property - Support events by ensuring all systems are operational before and during service What We’re Looking For (Important): - Proven experience with HVAC and commercial kitchen equipment is required - Strong troubleshooting...
