Job Description Summary The objective of this role is to provide first-class service and support to our GE Healthcare Solution for Enterprise Imaging (SEI) customers through a team of technical specialists for Radiology RIS, PACS and Cardiology IT solutions for Greater Frankfurt Area You will act as a regular (monthly) on-site Field Engineer/ Senior IT System Engineer interfacing with the customers, respond to reported incident issues, attend regular service support visits, support a remote team of installation & upgrade on site, perform software O/S patching or Safety updates when needed, manage customer expectations, and ensure clear communication between the customer and GEHC.
