Description Maps Credit Union seeks a Commercial Credit Analyst to assist our Commercial Relationship Officers by analyzing borrower and guarantor financial information, tax returns, and compiling projections all while following Credit Union policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines. Credit Analysts assist with the completion of credit recommendations, respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and obtain additional documents needed to complete loan underwriting and annual loan reviews. Key responsibilities include: - Spread and analyze personal and business financial information as well as entity ownership structures to understand creditworthiness of proposed loan. Recommend loan structures and terms to loan officers. - Assist with the development and maintenance of the Credit Union’s commercial loan portfolio. - Prepare Credit Recommendation, with ability to complete 100% of the document including financial spreadsheets, cash flow analysis, global cash flow, and RMA industry analysis.
