ABOUT THE ROLE: This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll act as the primary IT contact across our Australian operations, supporting a growing portfolio of sites and business units. As our IT Operations Support Lead, you’ll provide L1–L3 support, lead escalations, and ensure our IT systems, infrastructure, and onboarding processes are seamless, scalable, and ready to support continued growth. You’ll play a key role in reducing downtime, improving service responsiveness, and standardising IT environments across the business, while partnering closely with stakeholders across Australia and New Zealand.
