SMX is seeking a Captured Enemy Material Subject Matter to join our growing team of Mission Support Experts. This position requires a DoD TS/SCI security clearance which requires US citizenship for work on DoD contracts. Application Deadline: March 30, 2026. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: - Serve as the principal advisor to senior leadership on the integration of CEM and Technical Intelligence (TECHINT) into the F3EAD cycle - Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the collection, handling, and exploitation of enemy materiel across specialized task forces - Synchronize exploitation efforts between forward-deployed elements and national labs (eg, NGIC, NMEC, TEDAC) to ensure unity of effort - Lead complex efforts to attribute recovered technologies to specific state or non-state actors, focusing on counter-proliferation and supply chain disruption - Deploy as needed Required Skills & Experience: - Required clearance: TS/SCI - 8+ years of intelligence experience, with 6+ years in CEM, TECHINT, or Forensic Intelligence supporting elite mission command - Proven track record of directing multi-disciplinary teams (DOMEX, Forensics, Weapons Intelligence) in high-...
