Warehouse Team Leader Full Time Permanent: Derby: The Role: We are seeking an experienced, highly organised, hands-on Warehouse Team Leader for the Uniphar Groups’ new state-of-the-art facility located in Derbyshire. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving capabilities, excellent supply chain experience and a proven track record in warehouse operations. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational planning, staffing and implementation, ensuring efficiency, safety and scalability. The Warehouse Team Lead will be instrumental in optimising workflow, driving productivity, and ensuring operational excellence in delivering dedicated warehouse-as-a-service to all business units operating within the facility.
