Your Part in It: Working out of our Miami office, we are looking for our next Key Account Manager Air & Ocean Exports.Working within the Operations team, you will be responsible for managing key customer account while directly overseeing the execution of their shipments. This is a hands-on operational role requiring strong expertise in U.S. export processes across both air and ocean freight.You will act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring shipments are executed efficiently, issues are proactively managed, and service expectations are consistently exceeded.
