About the Role This is a hands-on role, focused on managing the day-to-day delivery of a wide range of Quality Assurance activities within your team. You will be responsible for coordinating and prioritising daily tasks, and ensuring delivery targets are met. In this role you will be responsible for working across stakeholders to ensure open tickets and issues are driven to closure and followed up on in a timely fashion.You will have a deep understanding of the data your team works with and the processes they follow. You will act as an expert in all solutions, tools, and procedures used within your area, ensuring these are applied consistently and effectively.
